Our Ordinance

The latest version of the City's Emergency Management Ordinance (#2013-17) was passed by unanimous vote at the June 10, 2013 regular City Council meeting. It creates the local Office of Emergency Management, establishes the Director of Emergency Management & Emergency Management Advisory Council, and governs the operations of the Department.
